The isle of Ischia is the biggest one that belones to the "Arcipelago Partenopeo" lies on the west side off Naples Gulf 18 miles away.

It's placed on 40-44 latitude north and 13,55 longitude east and stands from history on a strategic position in the middle of Mediterranean sea.

With a surface of 150 kilometers and a population of 600 inhabitants Sant’Angelo is situated on the south coast of Ischia island.

HOW TO REACH THE ISLAND:

Ferries and jet-foils (35 min. about) allow to reach the island from the continent very fast..

FROM NAPLES:

Beverello Quay - Ferries (car + passengers) -  Jet-foils (only passengers).

Mergellina Quay - Jet-foils (only passengers)

FROM POZZUOLI:

Ferries (car + passengers)

BY CAR - it's advisable to embark from Pozzuoli both for the frequency of the runs that for the smaller necessary time (1h around).

Coming from the NORTH: 

Highway Milano-Roma (A1) the direction to Naples, following the bypass road direction to Pozzuoli/Arcofelice exit Via Campana Vecchia (nº 12) and continue to Pozzuoli Harbor. Before embarking the ticket office is 400 mt. nearly.

coming from the SOUTH - EAST:

Highway  Bari-Napoli (A16) following the city ring direction to Pozzuoli/Arcofelice exit Via Campana Vecchia (nº 12) and continue to Pozzuoli Harbor.

coming from the SOUTH - WEST:

Highway  Salerno-Reggio Calabria (A30) following the bypass road direction to Pozzuoli/Arcofelice exit Via Campana Vecchia (nº 12) and continue to Pozzuoli Harbor.

Embark from Molo Beverello (Naples): 

From all directions or the way to Naples. It is not had to take the bypass road but to follow the indications for Port Zone.

BY TRAIN: it's possible to arrive at the following stations: Napoli Campi Flegrei (3 Km far for Mergellina harbor), Napoli Mergellina (300 meters about from Mergellina harbor), Napoli Centrale and  Napoli Piazza Garibaldi (both allow an immediate access to Garibaldi Plaza that is distant 4 Kms. around from Beverello harbor).

BY PLANE: from the airport Naples Capodichino, Beverello harbor is directly connected with a service bus but it is possible to also reach both the harbors through service taxi.

How to reach Sant'Angelo d'Ischia:

BY CAR: follow the direction to Casamicciola - Lacco Ameno - Forio - Panza - Sant'Angelo.
In the near the entry in the suburb of Sant'Angelo of Ischia there are three parking lot where to leave the car. The visitors can use, eventually, electric trucks service directly in front of the entrance to the village, where the carriageable road ends, and traffic is limited.

BY BUS: bus for Sant'Angelo  (CD line - CS  line - bus number 1)
